Shared Stuff

I collected some hot news:

blkmrkt with new Adam Hauck Signature Grips.

Deity prooved their Products and shows a lighter seatpost ( 268g) and lighter Seatclamp (36g)

Animal goes with the trend, too. They released Polycarbonat pedals, they weight 357g. The Animal " Steve Hamilton Plastic pedals" are comming in black, violett green and transparent.

Coloured Shadow stuff available

Shadow put their parts in a bucket of paint. The Halflink Chain is available in white, green, violett and red.The weight is about 400g+.

Coloured, too; but not light at all "Nostra" with 622g.

more PVC: Colony Fantastic Plastic

We are sorry, but more infos than "very light" are not available.

Samoon comes to europe

at the beginning of the year we wrote about Samoon, but now we got the news that the frame is available in the UK for 350€. Available are the 24" and 26" at 5 colours.

Primo Josh Stricker PC Pedals

Primo does it like other companies and releases Pedals with pvc pins. The price isn't known yet, exactly like the weight.

Animal Wedge System

At this point, you had to be creative and needed some kind of tool time flavour. But no do it yourself stuff any more, thanks to Animal and their Wedge System. The fitting is comparable with the old 1" steams and the seat clamp isn't used any more.

Rock Shox Maxle Lite

The answer of Sram to the 12mm axle System of Shimanois called Maxle Lite. It saves about 50g to a normal 20mm axle and is optional for the new Reba forks.
The fitting wide is 110x20mm as usual. Which system is the better one will be shown in future, but theres the fact, that QR20 is just to hard.

Shared news

Some new news are available now:

Hayes is going to bring out a new brake, which is allowed to be called "light". The Gram weights about 355gramms. The Ace just weights 431g, but is completely ready for Dh which two bolts per site. The new devise of hayes is clear: Make it light!

Shodow does it the Pivotal was. A bad Preview is this Scan:

Pvc is the trend, but is it good at all? That it isn't shows this picture of an Seawright Sprocket, which was released a few days ago: Link.

Stay tuned!

We're real sorry for that lack of information! Our editor Djingis was real busy in the last weeks - but stay tuned, he's about to update the english blog!
